Directions to Doug and Kelly’s House
From Knoxville
Take I-40 West from Asheville. Through downtown Knoxville.
Take the US-129/ALCOA HWY exit, exit number 386B, towards AIRPORT/SMOKY MTS.
Turn SLIGHT LEFT to take the US-129 SOUTH ramp and keep LEFT at the fork in the ramp.
Now stay on this road (US 129/Alcoa Hwy) for approx. 9 miles.
After 8 miles begin to watch your surroundings. At one point, you should go over a small bridge.
The road will come down a slight incline and turn around a corner.
As you begin going up hill again, you will pass the Green Acre Flea Market on your left, begin to get in the right lane.
You will then pass Chilhowee RV Center, slow down.
Turn right on to Singleton Station Road (Palm Harbor Mobile Homes store on hill).
Turn left at the next road into Mimosa Estates (directly across from Matrixx Mail).
Follow Mimosa Drive to the 8th street (.8 mile) on the left, this is Pinehurst. (You’ll pass a pool on your right. Keep driving straight. The two roads prior to our road include Oakhurst and Timbercrest. The house on the left before Pinehurst sits cattycorner.)

From West Knoxville
From I-40, take exit 376 (I-140/Pellissippi Parkway/State Hwy. 162/Oak Ridge) merge immediately right toward Maryville/Alcoa.
Drive almost 11 miles and exit onto US-129 ((North)/Alcoa Hwy (toward Knoxville)
Get in left hand lane, drive past Neil Sandler Ford and Courtyard grill (less than one mile .8).
Take second left after Courtyard grill by the Mobile Home business on to Singleton Station Road.
Turn left at the first road (not the driveway into some townhouses!) in to Mimosa Estates (big brick sign and directly across from Matrixx Mail).
Follow Mimosa Drive to the 8th street (.8 mile) on the left, this is Pinehurst. (You’ll pass a pool on your right. Keep driving straight. The two roads prior to our road include Oakhurst and Timbercrest. The house on the left before Pinehurst sits cattycorner.)

From South Knoxville
Take Chapman Highway towards Knoxville to John Sevier Highway (168).
Follow John Sevier Hwy to Alcoa Highway (129).
Turn left onto Alcoa Hwy (129).
Drive about 2.8 miles to Singleton Station Road.
Turn right on Singleton Stations and driver about .2 miles.
Turn left onto Mimosa Drive (Mimosa Estates).
Drive about .8 of a mile and turn left on Pinehurst Road.
We are the third house on the left.
